Cook prepares food for patients and employees. Apportions servings and prepares plates on patient tray assembly. Must maintain high standards of sanitation in food handling, preparation and the work area. Must have knowledge of cooking characteristics and various cuts of meat and know the contents of various types of dishes. Must be familiar with operation of kitchen equipment. Other duties as assigned. Experience preferred.
