The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, telephones and peripherals. Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. Technician will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person , by phone or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. High school diploma or equivalent and/or three (3) years work experience in related field required. Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and PC internal components required. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience and extensive equipment support experience required. Experience preferred.
