Assists with hiring and intake process. Conducts or acquires background checks. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs. Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and directors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate staff. Assists with benefit administration. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Experience preferred.
