Crystal McNabb, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Express Care Sumrall and Family Care Express. She brings extensive experience in chronic care management, inpatient physical rehabilitation, acute care, wound care and debridement, and end-of-life care.

Crystal previously worked at the Hattiesburg Clinic Hypertension Center and also provided daily rounds as a provider at Hattiesburg Health and Rehab, the third-largest skilled nursing facility in Mississippi. Earlier in her career, she spent six years as an ER RN at Forrest General Hospital and gained valuable expertise in palliative care as a Case Manager at Southern Care Hospice.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2017 and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2024. Crystal also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University.

A Hattiesburg resident, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid runner.
