Tyler Thompson, FNP, is a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department of Covington County Hospital in Collins, Mississippi. As an emergency department family nurse practitioner, he performs various tasks to provide patient care, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications.

He began working at Covington County Hospital in 2019. He graduated from Alcorn State University, receiving his Bachelor of Nursing Degree (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-FNP).
