Harpreet Sood, MD – Dr. Sood is a Family Medicine Specialist in Collins, Mississippi, and has practiced medicine since 2009 at Covington County Hospital. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of The Americas in Charlestown in the West Indies. He interned and completed his residency at Atlanta Medical Center from 2006-2009. He was appointed Chief Resident in his final year in Atlanta. Since 2012, Dr. Sood has served as Medical Director at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Collins.

He specializes in acute and chronic health conditions, preventative care, and general wellness. His office accepts new patients and telehealth appointments.

Dr. Sood grew up in Jackson and currently resides in Hattiesburg. He is married with three children and enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
