Covington County Hospital is proud to announce that Arrington Living Center is the recipient of the 2026 Customer Experience Award, ranking them in the top 15% of care providers across the nation. Activated Insights, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, conducted interviews over the past 12 months with Arrington Living Center customers over the past year, assessing satisfaction across multiple service aspects.
From the results of these interviews, Activated Insights has determined that Arrington Living Center has qualified for a Customer Experience Award in the following nine areas: overall satisfaction, dining service, communication from facility, response to problems, recommend to others, activities, professional therapy services, safe & security, and overall customer experience.
Founded in 2011, Arrington Living Center has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Throughout 2025, a sampling of Arrington Living Center’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions and the opportunity to rate Arrington Living Center in specific categories. These real-time survey results were gathered to better understand the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.
This achievement underscores Arrington Living Center’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our residents and their families.
