Covington County Hospital introduced the debut issue of Covington Cares, a health publication from Covington County Hospital.
The initial 34-page magazine arrived in 5,000 residential Covington County mailboxes in October. 500 copies were also hand-distributed in the community and at CCH Clinic locations. The magazine is also available digitally on the CCH website.
“This is an opportunity for Covington County Hospital to tell our story,” said David Culpepper, CCH Marketing Director.”
Magazine story topics in the first issue include Dr. Andrea Bruce, Dr. Word Johnston, and his father, Dr. Joe Johnston, the patriotic employer award presented by Staff Sergeant Cynthia Keys-Thompson to Lab Director Tanya Magee, hospital improvement plans via grant funding, recipe ideas for healthy eating, and more.
The magazine’s title, CovingtonCares, reflects CCH staff’s deep commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients. Distribution will occur twice annually, with Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer editions.
